Ministries

	Music Ministry – many instruments and musicians utilized in leading Sunday worship. Coordinator: Gloria Knell.

	Drama Team – puppets and other plays incorporated in special services

	Small Groups – operating in homes fortnightly on Sunday, Thursday & Friday evenings. For more information see Michael Cheung.

	Prayer – part of Sunday morning worship & small group ministry, as well as Prayer specific group operating on Monday mornings. Coordinator: Mary Niosi.

	Children’s Ministry – JAMB Club & Crèche programs held during Sunday services. Coordinator: Maryanne Duskovic. We also conduct exciting children's activities at the Point Cook Market on the first Sunday of each month - 9am-2pm at Jamieson Way Community Centre. Coordinator: Angela Whiffin. Our church is compliant with government regulations and our children’s workers hold current Working With Children Cards, in accordance with the Working with Children Act 2005 (the Act).

	Women’s Ministry – "Know Your Bible" groups– see Sue Treloar; Social & Craft activities – see Mary Niosi.

	Men’s Ministry – "U R Male" social activities. Coordinator: Sam Galea.

	Older Person’s Ministry – we link in with other community groups in seeking to provide activities for seniors

	Youth Activities – plans coming together to re-launch youth group … watch this space!

	Mentoring Program – people available to be encouragers of others. Coordinator: Pastor Warren.

	"Needs Action Group" – facilitating practical help for people in need.

	"Focus on Mission" - committee coordinating support for overseas and local community projects. Gold Coin Challenge has supported TEAR Australia, Christian Blind Mission International, ECM, MAF, Prison Fellowship & Light FM. We now support in the PCCBC annual budget Global Interaction missionaries Bill & Pauline Morrison in the Northern Territory.

	Coffee & Chat – has been held at various times at Michel's Patisserie in the Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre and at Gloria Jean’s at Point Cook Town Centre. See Pastor Warren.

	Christmas By The Lake – involvement in this community event in Sanctuary Lakes each year. The date for this year’s event is Saturday 4th December 2010.

	Fruit Ministry - A sharing of garden produce often occurs on a Sunday morning. Watch out for ‘Con the Fruiterer’ aka Clive Milley.

	Recovery Ministry - We offer in cooperation with Newport Baptist and Williamstown Church of Christ the Careforce Lifekeys programs such as: "Search for Life", "Search for Intimacy", "Woman to Woman", "Man to Man", as well as offering the Facilitator Training Course.
